The Hawaiian is packed with chopped up tuna sashimi, cucumber, spring onion and tomato marinated with hawaiian soy and topped with crispy shallots. For the sides, some fresh edamame and seaweed salad. The overall flavour from the poke bowl was savoury and sweet. The brown rice soaked some of the hawaiian soy which is really tasty and pleasing.
Since Darwin's love spicy food, his favourite poke bowl will be the I Lava Spice. The bowl comes with a generous serving of salmon sashimi, cucumber, tomato, spring onion and sweet onion mixed with spicy mayo. The edamame sides were accompanied with fresh cut jalapeños and chilli with a generous serve of crispy wonton.
