Bruce Lee Sushi & Roll

This week, TwoPaperPen headed down to Bruce Lee Sushi & Roll to taste different sushi fusion with interesting combinations of ingredients and flavours. Trust us, the sushi here are as interesting as their name. The best thing is that they offer an extensive range of sushi rolls that are made fresh right after you order it. We ordered some of their bests; Kiwi Legend, Boston Roll and Crazy Chicken B
Boston Roll, Crazy Chicken B & Kiwi Legend
The Kiwi Legend is our favourite out of the 3. It contains avocado, cream cheese, pickles, teriyaki chicken, kiwi fruit, pineapple, sweet chilli sauce, teriyaki sauce, pink sauce, creamy wasabi sauced crunchy bread crumbs. Surprising, the citrus from the kiwi bring the flavour together very well.

Peanut butter and bacon in sushi? Now we are listening. The Boston Roll sure evokes curiosity (and fear perhaps?). Nevertheless, it's a must try especially for those those brave souls or at least if you're not allergic. TwoPaperPen tried and love this fun combinations; the peanut butter actually gives it a creamier texture. These rolls are jammed packed with bacon, surimi, peanut butter, cucumber, prawn, eel, avocado, salmon, teriyaki sauce bake sauce, masago, bread rubs and bonito flakes. Yum!
Boston Roll
Crazy Chicken B is jam packed with cream cheese, avocado, cucumber, teriyaki chicken, bread crumbs, nigiri sauce, bake sauce and teriyaki sauce. The bread crumbs and teriyaki chicken topping really makes the whole sushi experience more interesting. Generic sushi rolls are made to have the meat inside rather that as topping. We love combination of the flavours as we ate the roll individually.

I don't know about you, but we like our sushi with miso soup.
